Let Us Pray No. 32

  • February 1, 2017

“A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray.” Isaiah 35:8

Abba, God our Father. No one is holy like you. By the blood of your covenant you sanctified us and called us to be saints in Christ Jesus. You saved us and freed us from all sins and predestined us to live a holy life.  Lord, thank you! Though we were considered foolish and very least of people in the sight of many, you have chosen us. You appointed us to become partakers of your glory. You set our feet in the King’s Highway so we can walk with you in the Highway of Holiness. It is a very pleasant journey. We enjoy your company. We have confidence in our daily walk because you are with us. We fully understand that along the narrow path of righteousness, you will test our faith if we will remain at your side. Though we suffer, we will endure. We know that you want us grow stronger in character to be ready for anything that may come our way.

Father God, we plead that you lead us to where we can be blessings for others. Let our hearts be full of compassion and understanding. Give us the wisdom to discern how best we can serve those in need, and how best we can live this life you are giving us. We pray most of all, that you be the light, the strength and the delight of our lives now and forever.
